La scolarité à Asinsa est organisée en 4 semestres représentant en tout environ 1800 h de face à face pédagogique. La présence à tous les enseignements est obligatoire. Si la formation scientifique constitue la base essentielle, la formation en Humanités est significative (langues vivantes, expression orale et écrite, multimédia, éducation physique et sportive).
Un contrôle continu permet aux étudiants d'évaluer en permanence leur niveau d'acquisition de connaissance et de savoir-faire.
Les étudiants qui terminent avec succès le tronc commun de 2 ans intègrent un des départements de spécialité de l'INSA (donnés en dernière page de ce document). La répartition dans les départements de spécialité se fait en fonction du choix des étudiants et de leur classement en fin de 2e année.
Les objectifs
L'objectif principal d'ASINSA est de préparer les étudiants français et asiatiques à l'internationalisation du métier d'ingénieur.
Cette démarche développe la capacité d’adaptation et d’innovation des étudiants, leur autonomie et leur ouverture d’esprit en les confrontant à des cultures scientifiques, techniques et humanistes différentes des leurs.
La pédagogie
L'intégration des étudiants étrangers est facilitée au sein de la filière par de multiples caractéristiques :
-la richesse multiculturelle des étudiants
-la formation poussée en langues vivantes (maîtrise d’au moins 3 langues vivantes dont l’anglais et le français)
-des cours spécifiques de culture et géopolitique ont lieu à l’INSA de Lyon.
-des classes à effectifs réduits (24), de nombreux travaux pratiques et travaux dirigés, des documents de cours spécifiques
-un suivi personnel sous forme de tutorat (c'est-à-dire d'heures d'enseignement supplémentaires pendant lesquelles les étudiants pourront revoir et développer certaines parties du cours avec un tuteur).
L’école d’été
Les élèves admis en 1ère année doivent suivre une formation approfondie de 6 semaines en français et mathématiques durant l’été.
Pendant l’école d’été, les étudiants bénéficieront du logement et de la restauration sur le campus. Des animations et des week-ends de découverte sont prévus pendant l’école d’été. Le coût des cours, du logement, de la restauration et des animations sont inclus dans les frais spécifiques (pas de frais supplémentaires).
Cette école d'été est essentielle pour la poursuite des études à ASINSA.
L’école d’été débutera début août. La rentrée scolaire est fixée à la mi-septembre.
L’enseignement des langues
L'enseignement du français langue étrangère est obligatoire et essentiel dans la réussite des études supérieures.
L’enseignement de l’anglais est également obligatoire. Les étudiants asiatiques qui ne parlent pas correctement le français seront dispensés temporairement de l’anglais pour bénéficier de cours de français supplémentaires.
Le stage en entreprise
A la fin de la 1ère année les élèves doivent faire un stage ouvrier d'un mois dans une entreprise. Ce stage se déroule en Asie pour les étudiants français, en France pour les étudiants asiatiques. Le service des stages propose une aide à la recherche de stages aux étudiants.
Le calendrier scolaire
- Ecole d'été : août et septembre
- Semestre 1 : septembre à février, 1 semaine de vacances en novembre et 2 semaines en décembre
- Semestre 2 : février à juillet, 1 semaine de vacances en février et 2 semaines en avril
- Juillet ou août: stage ouvrier en entreprise
- Semestre 3 et semestre 4 : même dates que les semestres 1 et 2.
La vie sur le campus
Les élèves pourront bénéficier des nombreuses possibilités offertes sur le campus :
- résidences et restaurants, cafétéria
- grande bibliothèque, salles informatiques et multimédia, accès personnel au réseau Internet
- infirmerie, service social
- installations sportives de haut niveau. Plusieurs élèves ont participé aux Jeux Olympiques de Séoul, Athènes, Pékin…
- nombreux équipements culturels : salle de musique, théâtre, labo photo, multimédia…et plus de 100 clubs et associations.

Nous vous précisons que le coût global de la formation à l’INSA est d’environ 13 500 € par an et par étudiant.
Les INSA étant des écoles d’ingénieurs publiques, les étudiants n'ont pas à payer cette somme puisque ce coût est supporté par le gouvernement français.

Bourses des Filières Internationales (BFI)* : L’NSA de Lyon attribue des aides pour les étudiants étrangers des filières internationales de 2000 € sur critères sociaux. Se renseigner auprès de l’établissement.

Le niveau de langue
Un bon niveau en français écrit et parlé est important pour la réussite de la formation.
Des cours intensifs de français sont dispensés durant l'école d'été précédant la formation ASINSA. Les étudiants sont cependant fortement encouragés à suivre des cours de français dès que possible dans leur pays d'origine. Ces cours peuvent être suivis par exemple auprès de l'Alliance Française. 300 h minimum sont recommandées pour les débutants. Dans certains pays, l’obtention du visa pour la France dépend de l’obtention d’un diplôme de français spécifique (se renseigner auprès de l’Ambassade).

End of secondary studies (high school)

The Asinsa section is organized into 4 semesters representing in all around 1800 hours of face to face instruction. Presence at all lessons is mandatory. If scientific training constitutes the essential basics, training in the Humanities is significant (languages, oral and written expression, multimedia, physical and sport education).
Continuous evaluation allows the students to constantly assess their knowledge and abilities. The students that finish successfully the common first two years then join a specialization department of the given INSA establishment (given on the last page of this document). Admittance into the specialization departments depends on the students’ choice and their academic ranking at the end of 2nd year.
Les objectifs
The main goal of ASINSA is to prepare French and Asian students for the internationalization of the Engineering profession. This reasoning develops the student’s adaptability and innovation, their autonomy and open-mindedness by familiarizing them with scientific, technical and humanist cultures different from their own.
La pédagogie
The integration of foreign students is facilitated within the section through multiple characteristics:
- highly multicultural student body
- advanced instruction in languages (command of at least 3 languages including English and French)
- specific cultural and geopolitical classes take place at INSA Lyon.
- reduced class sizes (24), numerous laboratories and tutorials, specific class documents
- tutoring allowing a student’s personal progress to be monitored. The tutoring consists of extra teaching hours during which the students are able to review and expand certain parts of the curriculum with a tutor.
L’école d’été
Students admitted in 1st year must attend an in depth summer school lasting 6 weeks with courses in French and Mathematics. During the summer school, the students will benefit from the on campus accommodations and food services, activities and weekend excursions. The cost of classes, accommodations, food services, and activities are included in the specific fees (no additional costs).
This summer school is essential for the continuation of studies in ASINSA.
The summer school will start in the beginning of August. The main school year begins mid-September.
L’enseignement des langues
French as a Second Language (français langue étrangère) classes are mandatory and essential for success in one’s higher education. English classes are also mandatory. Asian students that do not have a sufficient level of French will temporarily be dispensed from English classes to benefit from additional French classes.
Le stage en entreprise
At the end of 1st year students must complete a worker’s internship of one month in a company. This internship takes place in Asia for French students, and in France for Asian students. The Internship Service offers help to students in finding internships.

- First Semester: September to February, 1 week of vacation in November and 2 weeks in December.
- Second Semester: February to July, 1 week of vacation in February and 2 weeks in April
- July or August: company worker internship
- Third and Forth Semester: same dates as the first and second semester.
La vie sur le campus
Students will be able to benefit from many opportunities offered on campus:
- student residences and restaurants, cafeteria
- large library, computer science and multimedia rooms, personal access to the Internet
- infirmary, social services
- high level sports facilities. Several INSA students participated in the Olympic Games in Seoul, Athens, Pekin…
- many cultural facilities: music room, theatre, photo and multimedia lab…and more than 100 clubs and associations.

Cost bore by the state:
The overall cost of education at INSA is around 13 500 € per year and per student. Since the INSA establishments are public Engineering schools, students do not have to pay this amount as the French government bears this cost.

International Section Bursary (Bourses des Filières Internationales - BFI)*: INSA Lyon allocates aid of 2000€ for foreign students in the international sections based on social criteria. More information is available upon request.

Le niveau de langue
A good level in written and spoken French is important for a successful education. Intensive French courses are offered during the summer school before teaching in the ASINSA section begins. Students are however strongly encouraged to take French courses as soon as possible in their country of origin. These courses may be taken for example at the Alliance Française. 300 hours minimum are recommended for beginners. In certain countries, obtaining a visa for France depends on if one obtains a specific diploma in French (request information at the Embassy).

Les objectifs
ASINSA项目的主要目标是培养能够适应国际化工程师职业的法国和亚洲学生。这个项目旨在让学生直接面对不同的科技文化和人文文化，发掘学生的适应和创新能力，以及自主精神和开放精神。
La pédagogie
外国学生适应和融入学校生活可通过多种各具特色的安排来顺利进行：
- 学生自身的丰富多元文化资源
- 不断加强的外语培训（掌握包括英语和法语在内至少3门语言）
- 在INSA里昂举行特别的文化和地缘政治的课程。
- 小班教学（每班学生24人），大量的实验课和指导课，特殊的课程资料
- 通过对接辅导形式提供个别辅导（即额外教学辅导，学生可以在辅导老师的帮助下复习或是深入课堂教学部分）
L’école d’été
录取在一年级的学生必须在暑期参加为期6周的深化法语和数学培训。暑期学校期间，学生享有在学校内部的住宿和食堂就餐，并参加有组织的文化活动和周末郊游。学费，住宿，伙食和活动费用均已包含在初始费用里（没有额外收费活动项目）。
这个暑期学校是保证Asinsa项目学习延续性的基础。
暑期学校在八月初开始，9月中旬学校正式开学。
L’enseignement des langues
作为外语的法语课是必修课，也是取得高等教育成功的关键。
英语课同样是必修课。法语未达到足够水平的亚洲学生，可以暂时免修英语课，以便参加法语补充辅导课。

第一年结束时，学生必须完成为期一个月的工人实习。法国学生在亚洲实习，亚洲学生在法国实习。实习办公室帮助学生寻找实习。

Le niveau de langue
良好的法语书面和口语水平对于取得学业成功是非常重要的。 ASINSA项目学习开始之前，学校不提供法语强化课程。然而，学生应尽早在本国内就开始法语学习。这些课程可以在法语培训中心（即法语联盟）完成。对于初学者建议至少学习300小时的课程。但某些国家，必须持有法语学业文凭才能获得法国签证（详情请咨询法国大使馆）★。
★ 对于申请法国留学签证的中国学生，法国教育服务中心通常要求申请者在参加预签证程序的面试时能够达到欧洲通用语言水平B1级别（大约相当于500小时法语学习）。

Chương trình học tại Asinsa kéo dài 4 học kì với khoảng 1800 giờ học. Chương trình bao gồm các môn khoa học để xây dựng một nền tảng kiến thức vững chắc cho sinh viên và một số các môn học khác như ngoại ngữ, cách giao tiếp, trình bày vấn đề, thể dục thể thao. Sinh viên không được nghỉ học nếu không có lí do chính đáng.
Các bài kiểm tra thường xuyên giúp cho sinh viên tự đánh giá được trình độ của bản thân và giáo viên có thể giúp đỡ các sinh viên gặp khó khăn trong quá trình học tập.
Sau 2 năm học đại cương, sinh viên đủ điểm trong các kì thi có thể đăng ký vào các khoa chuyên ngành của INSA . Việc xét tuyển dựa theo kết quả của năm thứ 2 và nguyên vọng của sinh viên.
Les objectifs
Mục tiêu chính của Asinsa là trang bị kiến thức và kĩ năng cho các sinh viên để đáp ứng yêu cầu của nghề kĩ sư trong nhiều môi trường làm việc khác nhau. Sự khởi đầu tại Asinsa cùng với chương trình đào tạo được quốc tế hóa với rất nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau giúp các sinh viên phát triển các kĩ năng thích nghi, tư duy sáng tạo, khả năng độc lập và cách suy nghĩ mở, cung cấp một nền tảng kiến thức vững chắc về khoa học, kĩ thuật cũng như môi trường, xã hội.
La pédagogie
Tại Asinsa, sinh viên châu Á dễ dàng hòa nhập hơn với phương pháp học tập tại Pháp thông qua một chương trình học đã được nghiên cứu và chọn lọc kĩ càng :
- Chương trình ngoại ngữ được chú trọng, các sinh viên tốt nghiệp có thể sử dụng thành thạo ít nhất 3 thứ tiếng trong đó có tiếng Pháp và tiếng Anh.
- Những khóa học chuyên về các nền văn hóa khác thường xuyên được tổ chức tại INSA de Lyon.
- Kĩ năng làm việc theo nhóm được INSA coi trọng , nên các sinh viên có rất nhiều giờ thực hành theo các nhóm nhỏ.
- Sinh viên gặp khó khăn trong quá trình tiếp thu sẽ được các giáo viên dạy kèm ngoài giờ để có thể theo kịp chương trình học.
- Sinh viên đến từ nhiều quốc gia khác nhau, tạo nên một môi trường đa văn hóa. Sinh viên có cơ hội tìm hiểu thêm nhiều nền văn hóa khác trên thế giới.
L’école d’été
Các sinh viên được nhận vào năm 1 tại Asinsa phải theo học một khóa học tăng cường về tiếng Pháp và Toán kéo dài 6 tuần trong hè từ tháng 8 đến giữa tháng 9 trước khi vào năm học.
Trong khóa học hè, các sinh viên được đón tiếp trong kí túc xá và ăn tại căng-tin của trường. Nhiều hoạt động ngoại khóa và thăm quan vào cuối tuần được tổ chức để các sinh viên có thể tìm hiểu và hòa nhập nhanh hơn tại Pháp. Học phí của khóa hè đã được bao gồm trong chi phi mà sinh viên đã đóng trước khi sang Pháp.
Khóa học hè rất quan trọng với các sinh viên châu Á để có thể thích nghi với phương pháp học tại Asinsa và tại INSA..
L’enseignement des langues
Đối với sinh viên nước ngoài, tiếng Pháp rất quan trong và không thể thiếu trong quá trình học tại INSA cũng như cuộc sống tại Pháp. Cũng chính vì vậy, tiếng Pháp được INSA đưa vào chương trình bắt buộc của sinh viên châu Á.
Ngoài ra, rất nhiều giờ tiếng Anh giúp tất cả các sinh viên có thể sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh khi tốt nghiệp.
Le stage en entreprise
Cuối năm một, sinh viên phải đi thực tập ở xưởng sản xuất trong vòng 1 tháng, tại Châu Á đối với sinh viên Pháp và tại Pháp đối với sinh viên Châu Á. Đợt thực tập này giúp các sinh viên có thể tìm hiểu về cách tổ chức sản xuất và hoạt động của một công ty.

Thực tập : Tháng 7 hoặc tháng 8
Lịch học học kì 3 và 4 tương tự như học kì 1 và 2.
La vie sur le campus
Sinh viên học tập tại trường sẽ được hưởng nhiều lợi thế như :- Được cung cấp nhiều loại hình ăn ở, ký túc xá trong khuôn viên trường.
- Thư viện với phòng máy tính, phòng đa phương tiện truy cập Internet.
- Dịch vụ y tế và xã hội rất được INSA chú trọng.
- Khu thể thao được trang bị đầy đủ theo tiểu chuẩn quốc tế. Hàng năm có nhiều sinh viên INSA tham gia thi đấu ở nhiều thế vận hội như Seoul, Athene, Bắc Kinh.
- Để đáp ứng nhu cầu tham gia văn hóa và nghệ thuật, nhà trường đã xây dựng nhiều phòng học nhạc, phòng nghe nhìn, nhà hát … và tổ chức nhiều câu lạc bộ cho sinh viên.
Le coût des études
Chính phủ Pháp hỗ trợ phần lớn học phí cho các sinh viên học tại các trường công lập. Do đó, thay vì phải đóng 13500 euro học phí một năm, sinh viên chỉ phải trả 720 euro cho mỗi năm học.

(1) Phí ban đầu: gồm học phí khóa hè năm thứ nhất (học tiếng pháp, họat động ngoại khóa và chi phí ăn uống, nhà ở) ; học phí khóa học tiếng pháp trong 2 năm đầu.
Lưu ý: phí ban đầu (trả một lần duy nhất) không được hoàn trả lại ngay cả khi sinh viên không tham gia khóa học hè.

Những hỗ trợ về tài chính
(3) Mọi sinh viên đều được hộ trợ từ 30 đến 50% chi phí nhà ở (tìm hiểu thêm chi tiết tại trường).
Học bổng dành cho sinh viên nước ngoài (BFI)* : đối với sinh viên quốc tế, nhà trường có thể xem xét cấp học bổng lên đến 2000 euro (thông tin chi tiết tim hiểu thêm tại trường).
Các học bổng khác : tìm hiều tại trang web www.cnous.fr hoặc liên hệ trực tiếp với đại sứ quán Pháp tại Việt Nam.
*Lưu ý : học bổng của nhà trường và của chính phủ Pháp không được áp dụng với sinh viên phải học lại (trừ những trường hợp đặc biệt).
Le niveau de langue
Để có thể đạt được kết quả cao trong học tập, kĩ năng nói và viết tôt tiếng Pháp là một yếu tố thiết yếu. Vì vậy, INSA luôn tổ chức các lớp học chuyên sâu về tiếng Pháp trong khóa hè năm thứ nhất. Tuy nhiên, sinh viên được khuyến khích học tiếng Pháp từ ngay khi ở Việt Nam. Sinh viên có thể theo học tại các trung tâm ngoại ngữ như L’espace (Hà Nội). Những sinh viên mới bắt đầu cần phải học ít nhất 300 giờ. Chứng chỉ tiếng Pháp là điều kiện bắt buộc để được cấp visa đối với sinh viên Việt Nam.
